Tom Brady found out on Thursday that he won’t be missing the first four games of the season and this New England brewery could not be happier
If for some odd reason or another you haven’t heard yet, a judge ruled on Thursday’s that the NFL suspending Tom Brady was not right, and thus the Super Bowl-winning signal caller was reinstated. Instead of missing the first four games of the season now, Brady will be ready to go for the Week 1 match up against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Throughout this whole ordeal over the course of the past few months, one of the more interesting aspects to keep your eyes on was the support from Patriots fans in the New England area, especially fans that were business owners. They showed their support for their quarterback in a variety of ways, but none might be better than what Downeast Cider decided to do.
Before the announcement on Thursday, the brewery was putting little “Free Brady” messages on the bottom of their cans near the expiration date. Well, after Thursday’s ruling, that message changed just a bit.
Personally, in my opinion, they lose a few points for not putting “LOL” right at the end there for a little extra trolling, but it’s still pretty neat nonetheless.
