It seems early in the season here that the BYU Cougars only know one way to win and that’s with the help of Tanner Mangum heroics

Well, two weeks into the season we’re definitely learning that the BYU Cougars are going to be one exciting team to watch. We’re also learning that Tanner Mangum is going to be the man to watch while we take in the Cougars try and navigate their way through the season.

For those that have an idea, yes, it happened again.

Last week against Nebraska, Mangum came in for the injured Taysom Hill and he launched a Hail Mary pass that got the Cougars the upset. This week they were matched up with the Boise State Broncos, and for a while, it seemed as if they were out of it. However, they fought their way back and put themselves in a position to win.

Well, with time running down and needing a score, Mangum made it happen all over again.

Just how in the world that’s possible two weeks in a row, no one will figure that out. The important thing is that it’s pretty awesome to watch and we could do with more of this from this BYU team.

Boise would have a chance to get the win from there, but to no avail. BYU would get the 35-24 win after a pick-6.
