Maybe we should’ve seen it coming when, on Thursday night, the Houston Texans scored on a Hail Mary, thanks largely to two Indianapolis Colts players blocking each other in the end zone. Yet the game was sloppy, and the aforementioned play was more a sign of poor play than predictor of wackiness to come.
On Sunday, things officially went off the rails during the early games. Three overtimes, the Bears (of all teams) winning in dramatic fashion, the Bills eking out a one-point win, and the Bucs holding firm on a dramatic last stand. It was unquestionably the best three hours of football the league has put forth this season.

As for the rest of the league, well, it’s a jumbled mess of parity. That makes for fun viewing, but difficult grading. Let’s take a look at how this week’s power rankings shake out – beginning with the struggling Texans.
