Rex Ryan trolls the Dolphins, because of course

Rex Ryan is not a fan of the Dolphins, and he trolled them on Sunday when Miami traveled north to Buffalo.

If there’s one thing that Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan likes to do, it’s troll everyone in the AFC East even if it’s in a season where his team isn’t doing much winning. Rex Ryan is nothing if not consistent as a troll — something we again saw on Sunday when he decided to troll the Miami Dolphins with his selection of team captains.

Instead of rolling out the traditional team captains for the Bills, Ryan went with three former Dolphins who have all come productive pieces of the roster. That doesn’t mean the Bills are a winning team but they will always find a way to rub anything in your face and make you feel bad about it.

Today’s captains for the Bills were former Dolphins players Richie Incognito, Dan Carpenter and Charles Clay.

That’s so Rex Ryan that it would have been tragic if it hadn’t have happened. Even in a season where his team is losing in basically everything, Ryan finds a way to get a win in a way that only he can.

It’s hard to not love Sexy Rexy.
