Indiana Pacers vs Los Angeles Lakers
Not many people were sure of what to expect from superstar small forward Paul George just over a year after brutally breaking his leg in a Team USA basketball scrimmage. However, the Indiana Pacers’ leader has been phenomenal this season, returning to his true form, leading the team with 26.4 points per game while grabbing 8.4 rebounds.

The Pacers might be the surprise team in the Eastern Conference thus far as they’re 10-5 and sitting in second place. Indiana is starting to look like the team it was two years ago when everyone was healthy and Roy Hibbert was playing at a high level — although Hibbert now plays for the Pacers’ next opponent, the Lakers.
Hibbert’s gradual rise from solid big man to All-Star was impressive, but his decline to a mere role player has been hard to watch. He will look to prove himself to his former team as a member of the Lakers and Kobe Bryant will help him out.
The days of Kobe Bryant being a dominant scorer in this league are long gone as his shooting has fallen off dramatically, but he still leads the struggling Lakers in scoring with 15.2 points per game — he shoots just over 31 percent from the field. Young guys like Julius Randle, Jordan Clarkson and D’Angelo Russell have the future of this organization looking bright, though.
