Zoolander 2: Paramount Pictures unveils new poster for upcoming comedy (Photo)
Paramount Pictures has unveiled a new poster for their upcoming comedy sequel Zoolander 2 starring Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson.
It has been a really, really, really long time since we have seen fashion superstars like Derek Zoolander and Hansel grace a runway like no other model in the universe possibly can. Fortunately, the people of the world will not have to wait much longer to witness the splendor of Zoolander and his friends as the much-anticipated sequel is set to hit theaters on February 12th.
In anticipation of the upcoming comedy, Paramount Pictures has unveiled a new poster that shows the world just how much fashion has changed over the last 15 years and a look at some familiar foes who seem to be right on the heels of the master of Blue Steel himself, Derek Zoolander.
In the new poster, which you can see below, we see Derek Zoolander front in center looking absolutely fabulous in an all-black patterned ensemble. Just to Derek’s left hand side is his partner-in-crime Hansel looking amazing as always in a feathered, green robe that perfectly accentuates his laid back style.
On Derek’s right hand side is the beautiful, yet dangerous Valentina. She is the newcomer to the group, but she seems to have all the information needed for Derek and Hansel to stop the bad guys before they have an opportunity to murder all the beautiful people of the world and monopolize the fashion industry once and for all.
Now, we take a look at a couple of familiar foes who just can’t seem to get enough of Derek Zoolander. Fresh out of his prison stint for attempting to murder the Prime Minister of Malaysia in order to continue using child slave labor to make his clothing for him, Mugatu is back on the scene with his signature hairstyle and canine fashion accessory.
It seems there is a newcomer to the dark side as well. A woman by the name of Alexanya Atoz has apparently aligned herself with the evildoers in an attempt to make a name for herself in the fashion world. Unfortunately for her, Alexanya’s hair does all the talking she could possibly need.

Zoolander 2 is definitely not lacking in the star power department. In addition to Ben Stiller returning to his role as the outlandish Derek Zoolander and Owen Wilson returning as Hansel, we have Will Ferrell returning as the evil Mugatu and Saturday Night Live alum Kristen Wiig joining as Alexanya Atoz. Also, the beautiful Penelope Cruz will be joining the cast as Valentina.
Stiller has also rounded up a number of celebrities who will be playing themselves in the upcoming comedy like Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian West, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, and more.
We don’t know about you, but we can’t wait to see what kind of shenanigans Ben Stiller and company have in store for us when Zoolander 2 finally hits theaters early next year. Thankfully, the New Year is approaching quickly and it won’t be long now under Derek Zoolander can take the fashion world by storm once again.
Zoolander 2 is scheduled to hit theaters on February 12, 2016.
