Indianapolis Colts quarterback Matt Hasselbeck is out with an injury and Charlie Whitehurst is entering the game.

The Indianapolis Colts have been without quarterback Andrew Luck in 2015 and have consequently been struggling. They could lose the division to the Houston Texans, who have started four quarterbacks this season.

The Colts have been using 40-year-old Matt Hasselbeck, who has been serviceable. But things took a turn for the worse in Week 16 when Hasselbeck suffered an injury and had to head into the locker room.

That means Charlie Whitehurst is coming into the game, which means we get to see this wonderful flowing mane:

Hasselbeck’s injury specifically was to his shoulder. He has been rather valiant, fighting through injuries over the course of the season to his ribs, jaw and shoulder. He has also fought through bacterial infections.

It is the fourth straight game Hasselbeck has exited.

It’s a stroke of bad luck for the Colts indeed, but it’s time to start looking forward to 2016.
