Dwyane Wade rejects Terrence Jones at the rim (Video)

The Miami Heat may be losing to the Houston Rockets, but Dwyane Wade showed Terrence Jones who is in charge.
Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat traveled to face the Houston Rockets on Tuesday. It wasn’t going well for the visitors as the game continued into the second half, however, Wade got the better of Terrence Jones as the Rockets player went to the rim.
Wade is well-known for hitting down shots in the clutch, especially from beyond the arc. Yet, he can add blocking shots to his resume after denying Jones at the rim on Tuesday. The Heat were struggling to take the lead against the Rockets, but Wade’s great defense may help them gain some momentum and shift the game as it heads into the fourth quarter.
With the NBA being a league that sees many great offensive plays and lack of defense often, it’s great to see NBA stars like Wade playing great defense and deny their opponent from scoring. Opposing teams will know have to watch out for a new blocking threat in Wade who is usually the one embarrassing his opponents on the offensive side of things.
It was a great individual effort for Wade as the Heat try to chip away against the Rockets.
