Johnny Manziel’s father is worried that his son might not live to see his 24th birthday unless he gets help

Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is spiraling out of control. Earlier, he was fired by his agent after new domestic violence allegations came to light. People close to the quarterback are very worried about him and that includes his own father.

"“I truly believe if they can’t get him help,” Paul Manziel said, via Dallas Morning News, “he won’t live to see his 24th birthday.”"

According to Paul, Johnny has twice this week refused to be admitted to a rehab facility. The new allegations against Manziel suggest that the quarterback could be suicidal and clearly has anger issues. Manziel has not been convicted of any wrongdoing, but the quarterback is making horrible decisions that are affecting his career and those who are close to him.

If these allegations are true, Johnny Manziel needs all the help that he can get. Manziel could wind up throwing his life away, which would be extremely sad because Manziel still has a ton of potential. He just needs to get his head on straight and get the support that he desperately needs. Johnny went to rehab during last offseason with the help of the Cleveland Browns.

Manziel won the Heisman Trophy as a freshman, becoming the first college player to ever do so. He then had a decent sophomore year in 2013 and was drafted by Cleveland in the 2014 NFL Draft with the 22nd-overall pick. Unfortunately, things have not worked out according to plan.
