CBS accidentally revealed Barack Obama’s Super Bowl 50 pick early on the air.

Before every major sporting event, President Barack Obama tends to give his prediction on the big game. While Obama hasn’t really given a Super Bowl prediction since 2009, he decided to try his hand at making a guess on who would win the golden anniversary of the Super Bowl.

As is tradition every year before the Super Bowl, Obama was interviewed before the game and this year, the interview took place with CBS’s Gayle King. King sat down with Obama and his wife Michelle to discuss life in the White House and ultimately the big game.

With Obama giving his first prediction since 2009, everyone was curious as to who the president was going to pick. While there was anticipation and plenty of buildup to his pick, a CBS camera angle from behind Obama’s shoulder captured him circling his pick and accidentally revealed it early.

The camera angle caught Obama circling the Carolina Panthers as his pick to win the Super Bowl over the Denver Broncos.

So CBS blew the big buildup to his pick, but at the end of the day, we know who the president is rolling with. The good news is that he’s only predicted one other Super Bowl and he predicted the Pittsburgh Steelers to edge the Arizona Cardinals in Super Bowl XLIII. So the Panthers should feel good about their chances.
