Markieff Morris flips off fan in tunnel (Video)

Phoenix Suns power forward Markieff Morris took exception to a fan’s words toward him and flipped him off.

Markieff Morris had himself quite the night against the Golden State Warriors. He led the team in scoring, but also led the team in distractions off the court. Morris and the Suns hasn’t exactly been a rosy picture this season, but on Wednesday night, Morris found himself in a couple of altercations.

Early in the game, Morris was trying to calm down Archie Goodwin on the bench. Goodwin wasn’t having it and the two got into a little shoving match. After the game, it was dismissed and the two were fine with each other. Morris mentioned that they have a brotherly bond with each other and it was a case of big brother and little brother.

While Morris and the Suns were walking off the court on Wednesday night, one fan appeared to use obscene language toward Morris and Morris decided it was best to give the fan the finger for his words.

While flipping off a fan is never the right answer, the fan’s language was strong and it’s highly unlikely Morris is the only one that would react that way in such a situation.

Still, with the situation between Morris and the Suns ever since they traded his brother, he’s always found himself on the wrong end of these instances even if he shouldn’t have been.

The fan in the video is no better than Morris is for the language he used and it’s not representative of what being a fan is about.
