The UConn Huskies will be heading into the NCAA Women’s Tournament with momentum, but how many games in a row have they won?

Monday night we will be treated to the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament Selection Show, and as is usually the case, the UConn Huskies will be the focus of everyone watching. They finished the 2015-16 regular season and AAC Tournament at 32-0, proving once again that they’re as dominant as ever.

But while everyone knows they’re coming into the tournament undefeated, some may also be wondering just when exactly was the last time they lost? More specifically, how many games in a row have they won to this point?

Well, with the 32-0 record completed entering the 2016 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament, they have now won an astonishing 69 games in a row, which is just absolutely mind-blowing. They just simply cannot be touched, and that’s once again due to an amazing roster that’s led by the one and only Breanna Stewart.

So you’re also probably curious as to when the last time they lost was. Well, head coach Geno Auriemma and his program were last downed in a game all the way back in November of 2014 when they suffered an 88-86 loss to Stanford, who was ranked No. 6 in the country at the time. From that point on, they put the pedal to the metal and have yet to taste another defeat to this point.

Now we all just have to ask ourselves whether or not their next defeat will come in the 2016 NCAA Women’s Tournament.
