Here are the complete qualifying results for the 2016 Duck Commander 500 at Texas Motor Speedway on Sunday.

After six races, NASCAR heads to Texas for the seventh race of the season at the 2016 Duck Commander 500. On Sunday, a sixth spot is on the line in the Chase and so is a golden opportunity for a driver that is looking to have a shot at a Sprint Cup Championship.

Before the race can begin, qualifying took place on Friday at Texas Motor Speedway. In the first round, it was Brian Vickers driving Tony Stewart’s No. 14 that was the fastest. For the second week in a row, Vickers was off to an impressive start behind the wheel.

In the second round of qualifying, Carl Edwards and Brad Keselowski had a stronghold on the top spot in qualifying, with Edwards ultimately being the fastest. With one round in knockout qualifying remaining, Edwards would look to hold his lead.

In the final round, Edwards was back at it again with the fastest lap in qualifying. As a result, Edwards will be on the pole when the race begins on Sunday. Here are the complete qualifying results for the 2016 Duck Commander 500.
