Paul Millsap gets Julio Jones approval during Hawks-Celtics Game 5 (Video)

Paul Millsap put on a clinic as the Atlanta Hawks are having their way with the Boston Celtics and even impressed Atlanta Falcons receiver Julio Jones in the process.

The Atlanta Hawks got off to a sluggish start in their Game 5 with the Boston Celtics with only 15 points in the first quarter but the second and third quarter saw the team catch fire.

In another sign that it’s just not their night, the Celtics had to see forward Paul Millsap who isn’t known for his three-point shot got a lucky bounce as he connected for the trifecta. This wasn’t just an ordinary three, however, as it got the approval of Atlanta Falcons All-Pro receiver Julio Jones who was in attendance.

Millsap has 10-8-6 through three quarters as the Hawks look to finish off the Celtics in the fourth quarter as they take an 89-62 lead into the final 12 minutes.

Provided Atlanta holds on and takes the win, the Hawks will have a 3-2 series lead with a chance to eliminate the Celtics and advance to the second round with a win in Boston in Game 6.
