The 2016 NFL Draft is over, but now we have all the undrafted free agents to keep track of!

The 2016 NFL Draft is finally over, and the excitement is far from done. With the best players picked over, the rest of the eligible college football stars are hoping to find a home, being picked up in a frenzy of activity by the 32 National Football League teams.

Most teams will sign between 10-20 players, hoping to find one or two who can make the roster and contribute. Every year, there are a couple of gems unearthed, with guys like Brian Waters, Tony Richardson, Rod Smith and Tony Romo being a few in the past. It’s all about the scouting, baby.

This year, the big prize was safety Jeremy Cash, who starred in the ACC with the Duke Blue Devils. Most believed he would be a Day 2 pick, but instead lasted throughout the seven rounds. The Carolina Panthers picked him up, hoping to find some talent on the back end to go with Kurt Coleman. Cash might be one of the few UDFAs in recent memory who can step in and compete for a starting spot.

For most of these young men, it is about avoiding one round of cuts at a time, and perhaps snagging a spot on the practice squad. Here are all the UDFA’s to this point, with a big H/T to SB Nation.
