Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller, the MVP of Super Bowl 50, says that he plans on staying with the franchise for the rest of his career.

For the last five seasons, one of the main components of the Denver Broncos‘ defense has been star linebacker Von Miller. The athletic freak earned an even bigger reputation following his performance in Super Bowl 50, where his two sacks and a forced fumble led directly to the Broncos’ two touchdowns in their 24-10 win over the Carolina Panthers.

In 2016, Miller will be making just over $14 million for the season after being given the franchise tag by the Broncos. There are plenty out there who think that when his next deal comes around, Miller is going to get PAID in a possibly record-setting way. That contract hasn’t been offered yet by the Broncos, but both sides don’t seem to be worried.

For his part, Miller believes that everything is going to be fine as he told The Denver Post:

"I’m going to be here in Denver no matter what. The contract is going to take care of itself. I’m going to be a Denver Bronco for life."

In 2015, Miller had 11 sacks for the Broncos to give him 60 for his five year career. He will, in all likelihood, become the face of the franchise following the retirement of quarterback Peyton Manning following the Super Bowl win. He will be the unquestioned leader of a defense that lost several key players to free agency, including defensive end Malik Jackson and linebacker Danny Trevathan.

Miller has made himself a name off the football field as well, as he starred in this season of the hit ABC show Dancing with the Stars, where he was just voted off this past episode.
