According to the man himself, Dolphins’ 2016 draft pick Laremy Tunsil has yet to hear from NFL about leaked video.

It’s been a little over a month since former Ole Miss offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil saw his name plummet down draft boards because of a controversial video that was leaked via his Twitter just hours before the 2016 NFL Draft.

The video pictured the Rebels’ star with a bong mask on, clearly breaking the NFL’s substance abuse policy. He went from a likely No. 1 or No. 2 overall pick all the way down to No. 13 to the Miami Dolphins who cashed in on a guy who everyone else was afraid to take a chance on.

According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, Tunsil says he has yet to hear anything from the league offices regarding that video.

The league is likely to address the issue at some point in time, and a suspension of a few games is possible, but for them not to even bring it up by now is relatively surprising given the magnitude of the controversy.

It caused a player to go from the top prospect in the draft all the way down to the teens and some teams in the 20-range were talking about the possibility of adding him if he was still on the board.

Florio claimed that Tunsil is more concerned about making the transition from tackle to guard at the next level.

This kid is one of the biggest talents to come out of the draft this year and could be a Pro Bowler within a couple of years, but this mistake could cost him some playing time — just not yet, supposedly.
