The Golden State Warriors are coming off the best regular season in NBA history, followed by one of the more disappointing NBA Finals letdowns losing to the Cavaliers in Game 7. They aren’t likely looking for long-term projects with their 1st round pick and will likely be interested in players who can potentially help them immediately. Malcolm Brogdon is that guy. <p>Brogdon played four NCAA seasons under Tony Bennett at Virginia and was their best player for the duration of his tenure. He has excellent defensive fundamentals and displayed the ability to both handle the ball and make plays for his teammates at 6-5. Brogdon shot just a hair under 37 percent from 3-point range for the duration of his four college seasons, proving he can knock down the long ball as well.
