Taking a look at when the Green Bay Packers will begin their training camp

If there truly are only a handful of inevitabilities in the world, you have to think that the Green Bay Packers making the NFL Playoffs is certainly one of them at this point. Year after year the Packers are not only favored in the NFC North, but are one of the favorites to make it to the Super Bowl. They’re a supremely run organization and their sustained success is undeniable at this point.

Subsequently, they’re expected to be back in contention for the 2016 NFL season and rightfully so. The Packers made it into the playoffs as a wildcard team just last year, but that was also as their offense was a shell of itself. Now that Jordy Nelson is returning into the fold and that Eddie Lacy (apparently) is getting himself back into shape, that offense could be humming and as dangerous as ever once again very soon.

Of course, the Packers have to get to training camp before any of this starts to take shape so that they can see the rookies get their first real reps in while the team as a whole can also start to get into shape for the season. Subsequently, that begs the question of when training camp begins for the Packers and where they hold their camp.

With the Packers holding their NFL Training Camp at St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI, rookies will  report on July 25 with the veterans doing the same. That’s right; Monday, July 25 is the day they all get rolling. What a beautiful thing.
