Next: Every NFL Team's Biggest Draft Whiff Of All-Time

After a strong rookie season in the NFL, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston is hoping to take the next step in his career this season. It will be a different look moving forward for Winston, as he will now be under the guiding hand of new head coach Dirk Koetter.

By bringing in Koetter, the Buccaneers are hoping to be a more offensive-minded team. They are bringing in a tremendous amount of young talent on the defensive side of the ball as well. The team added youth to its secondary, when they added Vernon Hargreaves in the first round.

In the second round of the draft, the Buccaneers got some young pass rushing help, as they added the talented Noah Spence. While all eyes will be on Winston and Koetter’s new offense, it will be interesting to see how the team takes off defensively.

The team’s first training camp practice will be on July 28, but the first public practice will be held on July 30. For the rest of the Buccaneers’ training camp schedule at 1 Buccaneer Place, it can be found here.
