How to watch the Rio Olympics on MSNBC.

NEXT: 30 Olympic Athletes Who Dominated Their EventsWith the 2016 Rio Olympics opening ceremony slated for today at 8 p.m. ET, the Olympic games are finally here. The Rio Olympics have gotten a lot of coverage prior to the games for many reasons from the Zika virus to terrorists concerns.

The events begin officially at 8 a.m. tomorrow and include rowing, men’s cycling and water polo. Other events on Day 1 of the Olympic games will include swimming, beach volleyball and gymnastics.

This year’s Olympics will be broadcast on a wide variety of networks. One of these networks includes MSNBC. MSNBC will air about 80 hours of Olmpic coverage, from 12-5 PM on most days. The network will cover men’s basketball, beach volleyball, rugby, soccer, volleyball, and water polo, among other sports. The 2016 Rio Olympics will be the ninth straight Olympics games that events will be airing on MSNBC.
