NFL Hall of Fame Game: Packers vs. Colts

NFL fans can go ahead and start thanking the football gods right now because there is finally going to be two NFL teams on the same field playing for 60 minutes in a game. That’s right; the NFL preseason is all set to begin on Sunday, August 7 as the Green Bay Packers and the Indianapolis Colts will take over Canton, OH and Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.

The 2015 season was a mixed bag for both the Colts and Packers as both teams entered the year with Super Bowl aspirations. Instead, Green Bay rode inconsistency to a playoff berth and not much more while the Colts were derailed by an awful start and an injury to Andrew Luck that kept them out of the postseason.

Luck is back at full health and will be playing on Sunday at the Hall of Fame Game, though, and all eyes will be on how he looks right out of the gate in the preseason. However, it looks as if the Packers will sit Aaron Rodgers for the matchup with the Colts, giving the veteran a bit of rest to start the preseason.

Packers vs. Colts in the NFL Hall of Game will be broadcast on ESPN and live streaming will be available through WatchESPN, which you can access either online or through the ESPN app by logging in with a cable or satellite subscription.
