We give you all of Tuesday’s NFL news in one tidy roundup.

During the Dallas Cowboys’ practice on Monday, star wide receiver Dez Bryant had to leave with a concussion. Bryant played in only nine games last season, so the Cowboys were hoping for a healthy preseason from their playmaker. He has already been ruled out for the team’s next preseason game, so there is little chance he plays in their last contest before the regular season. Bryant will likely be back for the Cowboys’ regular season opener against the rival New York Giants on September 11.

Last week, Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater had to sit out with a shoulder issue. On Tuesday, Bridgewater returned to practice, though he was very limited. He threw passes that were restricted to 15 yards or less, and he looked like he lacked velocity. The Vikings better hope that Bridgewater can recover in time for the regular season opener, because they have no depth at the quarterback position.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon was back practicing with the first-stringers this week. Despite the fact he is slated to miss the first four games of the season due to suspension, head coach Hue Jackson wants to make sure he is ready to go in Week 5. On Tuesday, there was more news around Gordon, though this time it was trade rumors. There are multiple teams who have inquired about Gordon, who if he comes back as productive as he was in 2013, can be a first option on offense. Gordon stated on Tuesday he wants to stay with the Browns.

In April, Josh Norman signed a huge deal with the Washington Redskins. After establishing himself as a top cornerback in the league with the Carolina Panthers, Norman will head to the NFC East, where he will battle rival Odell Beckham Jr. twice a year. With his new star status, as well as being the highest-paid corner in the league, Norman has a target on his back. On Tuesday, he said he welcomed those expectations, and feels he is the best cornerback in the league.

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco took to the airwaves on Tuesday, announcing he will be back under center on Saturday. Flacco has not taken a snap in an NFL game, preseason or not, since suffering a season-ending knee injury nine months ago. Despite not playing in the team’s first two preseason games, Flacco has taken every rep with the first team in practice, and has looked very sharp. It is his second season in Marc Trestman’s offense, and Flacco looks extremely comfortable.
