Chelsea face Burnley at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, August 27. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

After wins over West Ham and Watford, Chelsea host Burnley looking for a hat trick of victories under new manager Antonio Conte. History is on the Blues’ side, as they haven’t lost a top flight match to Burnley in 43 years. Conte will be seeking consecutive home wins, something the club failed to accomplish all of last season. The Italian makes a point out of building home-field advantage: in his last 32 home games his teams have won 29, drawn twice and lost once. Conte knows his team could be in for a tough day. “[Burnley’s] performance [last week] against Liverpool, it was fantastic,” Conte said. “Their physical aspect put a great pressure on Liverpool for 90 minutes.” Aiding Chelsea’s cause will be the return to action of Willian. The winger, Chelsea’s best player a year ago, missed the opening two games with a calf injury and brings a dynamic edge to an attack that can positively hum when the Brazilian is clicking alongside Eden Hazard, Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas.

Newly-promoted Burnley hope last week’s surprise win over Liverpool is the start of a Leicester-type Cinderella season. While the win itself may have caught many off-guard, there was a clear method to the madness of a team with 19 percent possession coming out on top. If you score early, you don’t actually need the ball anymore to win. Sam Vokes struck for the Clarets in the second minute of the match; Liverpool had 26 shots but few from any dangerous spots. Burnley held a solid 4-4-2 formation and absorbed whatever pressure Liverpool could muster. Before halftime an Andre Gray goal gave them what turned out to be insurmountable 2-0 lead. The Clarets will hope for a similar start to Saturday’s match. Burnley will be without Jon Flanagan, who played 120 minutes in the midweek League Cup match versus Accrington Stanley. Ashley Barnes remains out until the international break with a hamstring injury.
