Everything you need to know about how to watch the Charlotte 49ers at No. 19 Louisville Cardinals college football game online.

The Charlotte 49ers will head to Louisville on Thursday, as they take on the No. 19 Cardinals. The 49ers went 2-10 in 2015, but will have a brand new quarterback in Miami (FL) transfer Kevin Olsen. He has had a history of off the field troubles, so it will be interesting to see how he pans out for Charlotte.

The Charlotte football program is only five years old and is a heavy underdog in this game. They come into Thursday as a 39.5-point dog, and the score could be even uglier than that spread. The do return nine starters on offense, but it was a porous unit in 2015.

On the other hand, Louisville is coming into the game with high expectations. True Freshman Lamar Jackson had an incredible first season on campus in 2015, leading the team in rushing (980) and passing (1,840). In total, Jackson accounted for 23 touchdowns and capped his season by dominating the Music City Bowl. In that game, Jackson rushed for 226 yards, while throwing for 227 more, setting the bowl record for yardage.

The Cardinal defense is led by their stud linebackers, as Keith Kelsey and Devonte Fields have returned for 2016. They both could have been selected in the 2016 NFL Draft, but chose to instead come back for another season. They should have a huge game on Thursday.

Details for Thursday’s game are below:

Date: Thursday, September 1
Start Time: 7:00 p.m. ET
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Stadium: Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium
TV Info: FOX Sports South and other ACC RSN affiliates
Live Stream: ACC Network via WatchESPN or WatchESPN app

This game could get out of hand early. Olsen will likely be rattled by a tough Louisville defense, which should put the ball in Jackson’s hands early and often. Look for Louisville to put a 50-spot on the board in this one, covering the spread, and embarrassing the 49ers.
