The Buffalo Bills host an AFC East rival in the New York Jets on Thursday Night Football. Here are the betting odds and trends to keep in mind in this one.

Thursday Night Football on CBS and the NFL Network this week will feature two AFC East rivals. The Buffalo Bills (0-1) will host the New York Jets (0-1) at New Era Field in Orchard Park on Thursday, September 15th. Kickoff is at 8:25 PM ET in this must-win game for both teams.

According to OddsShark.com, this is a pick ’em. The point spread is at even in this game. It should be an exciting down to the wire finish on Thursday night. New York opened as a 2.5-point favorite, but the spread has shifted to zero by Wednesday afternoon. The moneyline is at -110 for both teams. The over/under is at 40.5 after opening at 42.

Buffalo was a three-point under dog on the road against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1. The Bills failed to cover the spread and lost to the Ravens, 13-17. Buffalo has won its last two home openers.

The last time Buffalo started a season 0-2 was back in 2010. Buffalo lost its first eight games that year en route to a 4-12 season record. The Bills starting quarterback that year: current Jets starting quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick.
