These are the best fantasy options for the game between the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams.

The Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams are at the opposite ends of the standings in the NFC West after one week. The Seahawks were able to escape at home with a big win over the Miami Dolphins, while the Rams were blown out on Monday Night Football. The two teams will meet on Sunday in Los Angeles.

It is the first game back in Los Angeles for the Rams and they’re going to look to shake off that horrible performance from Week 1. With a big divisional game on tap, it’s going to be an important game for fantasy owners. This doesn’t scream offensive battle, but there are some key parts in play here. These are the five best fantasy options.

5. Doug Baldwin

As evidenced last week, when Russell Wilson needs a bailout option in the red zone, it’s Doug Baldwin. He’s Wilson’s favorite receiver and will likely be the go-to guy again this week on offense. He’s going to look to take advantage of the Rams’ secondary.

4. Russell Wilson

Wilson got absolutely beat up against the Miami Dolphins. His offensive line gave him no support and he did not benefit from it. He’s going to try to change that this week with his performance on the field and the offensive line will be pushed to be better. Expect Wilson to start running a little earlier and making plays for himself.

3. Thomas Rawls

Although he didn’t see a significant amount of carries in Week 1, Thomas Rawls is expected to carry the load this week. Establishing a ground game is going to be important for Seattle and that means that Rawls is going to get his fair share of carries.

2. Todd Gurley

There aren’t many good fantasy options for the Rams but Todd Gurley. He had a horrible outing against San Francisco and needs to show this week that he’s worthy of being a top fantasy option. Look for him to have a big game at home.

1. Seahawks Defense

At the end of the day, Case Keenum has been horrible and an untested Jared Goff is his backup. The Seattle Seahawks’ defense is going to feast this weekend, especially if the Rams try to pass. This is the easiest play of the week.
