These are the things we have learned from the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers.

The Seattle Seahawks rolled at home Sunday, as they defeated the San Francisco 49ers in impressive fashion. They put San Francisco away early behind a great defensive performance and an impressive day on offense. After only scoring one touchdown in the first two games, the Seahawks busted out for a huge performance on Sunday.

After feeling good about themselves the first couple of weeks of the season, the 49ers finally came back down to earth. Blaine Gabbert wasn’t good and there’s plenty of questions about their offense. Here are three things learned from the game.

3. Jimmy Graham has found his groove

After missing a good portion of first season with Seattle, the Jimmy Graham acquisition didn’t look so good. On Sunday, Graham finally found his groove with Seattle and made some impressive catches. He hauled in six passes for 100 yards and scored a touchdown of his own. He arrived at the right time.

2. Russell Wilson needs to be careful running

Russell Wilson is one of the toughest quarterbacks in the league. However, he also takes a beating a lot because of his style of play and the offensive line in front of him. On Sunday, the end was almost near for him as his leg bent in an awkward manner. He was able to get back up, but he has to be careful with how he goes down.

1. It’s time to bench Blaine Gabbert for Colin Kaepernick

Through three games, the 49ers haven’t gotten much out of Blaine Gabbert. He’s shown what he has and now the team needs to see what Colin Kaepernick can do under Chip Kelly. He might offer a better chance of winning.
