The Monday Night Football show will travel to Minnesota in Week 4 of the NFL season, as the Vikings play host to the New York Giants on ESPN.

On Monday night, Week 3 of the NFL season will come to a close as the New Orleans Saints take on the Atlanta Falcons. The Saints will be looking for their first win of the season, but will have the advantage of playing at the Superdome. Atlanta is coming in fresh off a solid victory against the Oakland Raiders in Week 2, as Matt Ryan shredded the Raiders defense.

Once the final whistle blows on Monday night, it will be time to switch the focus to the Week 4 matchups. The action will kick off on Thursday night, as the Miami Dolphins travel to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals. The slate will finish up with a classic NFC matchup on Monday Night Football, as the New York Giants will head to Minnesota to take on the Vikings.

The Vikings may be the surprise story of the NFL this season, as they currently sit at 3-0 despite being without their two best weapons on offense. Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater blew out his knee in the preseason, and Adrian Peterson also injured his knee, but during the regular season. The defense really stepped up for the Vikes this week, as the team went on the road and dominated the defending NFC Champion Carolina Panthers.

The Giants were well on their way to a 3-0 record as well this past Sunday, but let a division game go against the Washington Redskins. New York was killed by interceptions and penalties, losing a huge home game. Eli Manning has one of the best wide receiver groups in all of football, and will need to keep the interceptions under control against a tough Vikings defense.

The game on Monday night has the potential to be a preview of an NFC playoff game, as both teams have the talent to make it to the postseason in 2016. It should be a tightly contested battle, as the Vikings look to go 2-0 in their brand new stadium. Bradford has been better than advertised this year, but will have a very worthy counterpart across the field in Week 4.
