The Washington Redskins enter a Week 3 matchup fresh off their first victory of the 2016 season. Meanwhile, the 0-3 Cleveland Browns will be wondering what went awry during their recent overtime loss to the Miami Dolphins.

The struggling Browns will be in search of that elusive first win of the season Sunday when they visit FedEx Field. They dropped a game in overtime 30-24 to the Dolphins but had their chance to win with time expiring in the fourth quarter. Unfortunately, kicker Cody Parkey missed three field goal attempts for the game including the late 46-yard try.

Against the Dolphins, Cleveland started Cody Kessler, making for their third quarterback in the first three weeks of the season. Previously, Robert Griffin III was the team’s starter as the season began, but fell to injury. Backup Josh McCown was in for Week 2 and then Kessler in last week’s game.

The team is still in search of their offense, although running back Isaiah Crowell has been amongst bright spots. So far, he has 274 yards and two touchdowns with no fumbles on 45 carries. Wide receiver has 244 yards receiving on 14 receptions but has yet to score his first touchdown.

On the opposing side, Washington hasn’t looked like anything special yet, but they put together a resilient effort against their NFC East rivals the New York Giants. The Redskins made several big plays when needed including a late game interception of Eli Manning’s pass attempt to seal a 29-27 win. However, many analysts are pointing to the fact that the Giants racked up plenty of penalties from frustrated plays, and that Manning was off, leading to their own demise.

That said, the Redskins have yet to record that first home victory of the young season and will look to get one against a Browns team that is in disarray. The game will be live on television in select areas and also available to watch online via live stream.
