The latest betting odds, trends and more for this Week 4 Monday Night Football matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and New York Giants.

The 3-0 Minnesota Vikings and 2-1 New York Giants will face off on Monday Night Football in Week 4. These two teams are legitimate NFC contenders, and this will undoubtedly be one of the most interesting match-ups of the week.

Led by their incredible defensive unit, the undefeated Vikings enter this game as 3.5-point favorites at home, according to Oddshark. This should not be much of a surprise after their dominant Week 3 win over the Carolina Panthers. The over/under for this game is set at 43.5.

Minnesota is not only one of the best teams in the NFL and the favorites in this game, the betting trends also paint a positive picture. The Vikings are 5-0 against the spread in their last five games and are 6-1 straight up in their last seven. On top of that, they are 10-3 straight up in their last 13 games at home.

On the flip side of that, the Giants are a less than stellar 0-4-1 against the spread in their last five games. Their 2-3-2 record against the spread in their last seven games on the road also leaves plenty to be desired.

You cannot always fully count on the betting trends, but they clearly favor the Vikings in this game.

These are two teams who have a legitimate chance to represent the NFC in the Superbowl this season. Despite suffering massive injuries, the Vikings are rolling on all cylinders at the start of the year.

Their defense is as good as it gets. Everson Griffen, Anthony Barr and Harrison Smith are just a few playmakers who have helped Minnesota form arguably the best defensive unit in the NFL.

On top of that, Sam Bradford is playing as well as we have ever seen. Bradford will have a tough test against an improved Giants’ defense, but he should be able to do enough to back their loaded defense.

The Monday Night Football game will kickoff at 8:30 p.m. ET at the brand new U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN. The game will be televised live on ESPN.
