46. Recap: You could excuse the Indianapolis Colts for being a little jet-lagged this week. Usually the teams that play in London have an off week after that long road trip but Chuck Pagano’s team found itself hosting the Chicago Bears. Quarterback Andrew Luck was sacked five times on the afternoon but still managed to throw for 322 yards and two touchdowns while not committing a turnover. Indianapolis’ struggling defense allowed a disturbing 522 total yards to Brian Hoyer and the Chicago attack but managed to limit the Bears to just two trips to the end zone.

Next Week: The Colts look to even their record against one of their favorite divisional whipping boys as they travel to Houston to meet the Texans. Indianapolis owns an imposing 23-5 lifetime lead in the series, which includes three straight road wins in this rivalry and a 10-4 road record in this divisional setting.

Playoff hopes: Thanks to the Houston Texans’ recent issues, the Colts and the rest of the teams in the AFC South are very much in the divisional chase. Andrew Luck has always been pretty successful against this rival but it’s worth noting that he didn’t face them at all in 2015. Should make for an interesting primetime reunion next week.
. 2-3.
