Arsenal are having their way early on with Ludogorets. It took only 10 minutes for them to go ahead with an absolutely sublime chip from Alexis Sanchez.

Following a counterattacking break behind the Bulgarian back line, the Alexis Sanchez cut inside on the edge of the box, paused and lifted the ball over the outstretched Ludogorets Razgrad keeper, hitting the side netting with a perfectly executed right-footed chip shot at the far corner from 15 yards out. You’d be hard pressed to see a better chip shot from that distance. Just a perfectly executed shot and a cold-blooded, clinical finish from Alexis Sanchez.

Have a look at this sublime piece of skill.

"Oh my goodness what a chip, @Alexis_Sanchez 😳 #UCL @HeinekenSoccer #UCLonFOX https://t.co/wzK99ZqLwS— FOX Soccer (@FOXSoccer) October 19, 2016"

This will surely go into the Chilean’s Arsenal highlight reel.

The goal came after an early Arsenal onslaught that could have seen the North London side score earlier. We are expecting more goals at the Emirates as Arsenal are using their quick pace to exploit the slower Ludogorets back line.  The Arsenal forwards are looking to take advantage of their superior speed.  Alexis, Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain seem to be having a grand time running straight at the Ludogorets back line.

On the other hand, the Bulgarian champions have managed to find some gaps behind the Arsenal midfield, with Cafu and Wanderson coming dangerously close to tying the game.  David Ospina had to come to the Gunners rescue on two occasions.

Arsenal are counting on collecting all three points from this home match against the group minnows.  Wenger’s men will need that two goal cushions to avoid having to sweat this one out in a similar fashion to their Premier League game against Swansea. The Bulgarian side has shown itself capable of counterattacking dangerously and the North London side seems suspect at the back, allowing plenty of space.
