After being cleared of charges in a civil rape trial, New York Knicks guard Derrick Rose decided to pose for pictures with excited jurors.

New York Knicks point guard Derrick Rose and his friends were cleared of all charges in a civil rape case on Tuesday afternoon. The lengthy case had become a distraction for the Knicks point guard and his season would have been put on delay if the case had gone on.

The jurors returned their verdict and Rose and his pals were not found liable. After Rose was cleared, plenty of the jurors on the case were so excited, that they wanted to take a picture with the start point guard.

Rose obliged them and was seen with a big smile with those that had just determined his fate. It’s a rare look to see someone posing with the jury of their peers after a court case, but it’s not every day a celebrity or athlete is on the stand.

It’s a little weird seeing a photo opportunity like this one take place. However, the case is closed and Rose was deemed innocent. Therefore he is within his rights to take a photo with the jury if he pleases.
