The Philadelphia Eagles soar into AT&T Stadium to face off with Dallas Cowboys in week 8. Here is game preview, the betting odds, and a prediction.

The Dallas Cowboys are out seeking their sixth straight win, when they host the Philadelphia Eagles in a Sunday night primetime matchup between top NFC East teams at AT&T Stadium.

Nobody saw a 5-1 start coming for the Dallas Cowboys, and here we are in the midst of it still not believing. If rookie quarterback Dak Prescott can lead Dallas into victory over the upcoming Eagles, that should be enough to get people to buy in and make them favorites to win the division. He has thrown seven touchdowns over the past four games and added three scoring runs, with only one interception.

After starting the season 3-0, the Eagles suffered minor setbacks dropping two games in a row. The “Wentz Wagon” seemingly lost some riders, but after taking care of the undefeated Minnesota Vikings last week he is coming into this game with momentum. The Eagles are 3-5 against the Cowboys in their last eight meetings, but they have averaged well over 28 points per game in their past seven trips to Dallas.

Odds

Point Spread: Dallas -4
Moneyline: Philadelphia +166, Dallas -200
Over/Under: 43.5

This is going to be a close that will most likely come down to a field goal, as it features two of the top defenses in the conference. After forcing Sam Bradford into three turnovers last week, the Eagles are going to approach this game with the confidence. They will need it to slow down Ezeikiel Elliiott, who has rushed for over 100 yards in his last three outings.  Whatever team wins the turnover battle, can be expected to win the game.

Pick: Cowboys 24, Eagles 21
