The NBA regular season is off to a flying start as we head into the first full weekend of action after last Tuesday’s tip-off. Tonight, there are eight games to help us get the weekend rolling providing plenty of DFS fantasy basketball potential to try and hunt down. To see who I think you be trying to get in your lineup, scroll through my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides.

More from DraftKings

Remember that DraftKings doesn’t allow you to late-swap anymore so the whole lineup locks in (like FanDuel) at 7:00 PM ET time when the first game tips off. The only 7:00 start tonight features the Cavs taking on the Raptors in a playoff series rematch. Elsewhere in the Eastern Conference tonight the Nets host the Pacers, the Pistons host the Magic, and the Hornets visit Miami to take on the Heat in another playoff series rivalry re-kindled.

Out West, the Suns and Thunder tip at 8:00 PM ET followed by the Rockets in Dallas to take on the Mavericks, the Lakers visiting the Jazz, and the Warriors looking to get their first win of the season as they take on the Pelicans in the Big Easy. Anthony Davis hung one of the best fantasy performances ever on the Nuggets to start the season, so it’ll be interesting to see how he follows that up tonight. He’s one of many stars taking the court tonight including James Harden, LeBron James, Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant, and Steph Curry.

Which one of this stars will you be building around tonight? To help you sort through all the choices, I’ve selected my top options in my DraftKings daily picks. My goal each day is to give you the information you need to build your own customized lineup to get you a win however you participate in DFS contests. In order to help you find what you need, I’ve separated my picks by position and price. You’ll find two slides per position–the first slide will feature the best high-salary options followed by some high-value options which cost less but still offer solid returns. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.

I rank my picks for each contest using stars after each selection to show the relative strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my personal lineup for today’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineups and use them as a place to get started.

Just a reminder that in my DraftKings daily picks, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to DraftKings pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for FanDuel, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on the fantasy basketball hub. If you have any questions or are looking for any updates as the games get closer, follow @FansidedFantasy on Twitter. With those ground rules established, let’s gets tarted with today’s DraftKings daily picks starting with the high-cost PG’s poised to produced in tonight’s eight contests.
