Charlie Sheen arrived at Game 7 of the World Series between the Cleveland Indians and Chicago Cubs dressed as fictional pitcher, Rick Vaughn

Throughout the entirety of the 2016 World Series, actor Charlie Sheen has begged the Cleveland Indians to let him be involved. He’s pined to throw out the first pitch in Cleveland. Simply, he feels connected. And the reason that he feels connected is because, well, he played an Indians player who helps clinch Cleveland’s berth in the World Series. That movie was Major League II, clearly a sequel to the original classic.

Sheen’s character in that film was Rick “Wild Thing” Vaughn, a hard-throwing pitcher with a bad-boy image. Despite his struggles in both the original and sequel, he comes through when it matters most and does so with an iconic look.

So for Game 7 of the World Series with the Indians actually playing, Sheen had yet to get the invite for the first pitch. However, he still showed up to the ballpark in Cleveland—dressed in full Rick Vaughn get-up, glasses and all:

It’s a good thing that Andrew Miller didn’t throw any pitches in Game 6—I’m not sure Rick Vaughn is still in his prime.
