An elderly Chicago Cubs fan went crazy as his team won the World Series for the first time in his lifetime.

For the first time since 1908, the Chicago Cubs have won the World Series. It’s a moment that many people never thought they would see and several Cubs fans had since passed on without seeing. When the final out became official, there were a lot of tears shed from Cubs faithful that had stood by their team for years.

There were plenty of elderly people that got the opportunity to see the Cubs finally win the World Series. One elderly fan in particular got so excited that he jumped to his feet after the team brought home the big one.

A video that went viral on Twitter, showed an 81-year-old man watching with his family as the Cubs finally did. The video is sure to bring tears to many fans that have also endured the struggle of being a Cubs fan in their life.

No longer will he have to wonder what winning a World Series is like. From now one he will be able to remember one of the greatest games in baseball history. There are certainly a lot of moments like this one that probably happened on Wednesday night.
