The New York Rangers (7-3-0) will host their division rival Philadelphia Flyers (5-5-1) on Thursday, November 3rd. This game’s opening faceoff at Madison Square Garden will be at 7:00 p.m. EST. It will be shown on MSG in New York and Sportsnet360 in Canada. If you have an NHL.tv subscription, you can also watch the game there.

New York enters Thursday’s affair coming off an impressive 5-0 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning at home. They are now 6-1-0 at home. The Rangers have won two straight games and five of their last six. Their offense has been leading the way, as their four goals scored per game lead the NHL. That isn’t to say their defense hasn’t been good, as their 22 goals allowed are tied for sixth in the league.

Meanwhile, Edmonton enters Thursday coming off a crushing 3-2 overtime loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs. They have lost two consecutive games after winning five straight games. Edmonton is led by star center Connor McDavid.

This will be the first time former Rangers goalie Cam Talbot will be facing his old team. He missed both games last year. Edmonton has yet to lose in regulation on the road with a 3-0-1 record.
