Delving into the NBA D-League with Chris Reichert

facebooktwitterreddit

The NBA D-League has become a more frequent path for basketball hopefuls, with over 30 percent of players on NBA opening day rosters having logged time in the D-League. And with the 16th NBADL season starting on Friday, it seemed a good time for Fastbreak Breakfast NBA Podcast to focus on these meagerly paid minor leaguers. Because sometimes even the most voracious of NBA fans (like, say, Fastbreak Breakfast) may find themselves not knowing very much when it comes to the D-League.

So to help us beef up our knowledge, D-League maven Chris Reichert (@Chris_Reichert) answers our questions and tells us what to watch for, what basketball fans are missing by not following the D-League and whether or not one can pay rent with a “vote of confidence.” Also, check out Chris’ season previews for every team in the D-League.
