The Miami Dolphins will head out west to take on the San Diego Chargers in a classic AFC matchup. Here is how to watch the action online.

The San Diego Chargers currently occupy last place in the AFC West, but they have played much better football than their record would indicate. The Chargers have been hard-luck losers for most of the season, as they have let numerous games slip away at the end. Philip Rivers has been playing at a Pro Bowl level, and despite numerous injuries to the offense, they can still run up the score with the best of them.

After losing wide receiver Keenan Allen to a torn ACL against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 1, the Chargers have had to go with a committee of receivers to make up his production. Tyrell Williams and Travis Benjamin have done a nice job picking up the slack, and they are once again getting solid stats from the tight end position. Rookie Hunter Henry has teamed with Antonio Gates to form a nice 1-2 punch at the position.

There opponent on Sunday has been better than expected this season, and are getting incredible production from the running back position as of late. Jay Ajayi began the season sitting behind veteran Arian Foster, but he is now the feature back in the offense. He has rushed for over 100 yards in each of his last three games, while eclipsing 200 yards twice.

This rivalry dates back a long time, and is most noted for the overtime battle back in 1982. Both franchises are likely to be on the outside looking in during playoff time, but they are both loaded with young talent. The real issue for the Dolphins has been their quarterback play, as Ryan Tannehill still has not taken the next step in his development.

This game should go down to the wire, but the Chargers should have just enough to pull out the home win. Melvin Gordon is having a breakout season in his second year in the Chargers backfield, and the defense has been making plays as of late. They should be able to utilize Joey Bosa to get to Tannehill, who will force the mistake that eventually leads to a San Diego win.
