The 2016 college football campaign has been an up-and-down affair for the North Carolina Tar Heels. Unfortunately, last week was a down week in a rivalry matchup. In a week where they could have all but locked up the ACC Coastal division, they were upset by rival Duke. Now they look to rebound and try to get back in rhythm with a matchup against The Citadel Bulldogs at Kenan Stadium.

Mitch Trubisky was uncharacteristically careless in the loss last week for North Carolina, throwing two interceptions. While he and Elijah Hood still moved the ball well, they can’t afford to be turning the ball over in that manner. Granted, this is a far less imposing competition on Saturday, but they need to be clicking on all cylinders coming out of Saturday.

It’s worth noting that the Tar Heels shouldn’t overlook The Citadel by any means. The Bulldogs are 10-0 on the 2016 season and, though they don’t have the same pedigree, they could cook up an enormous upset.
