Here’s how to watch Saturday’s Big 12 matchup between the Texas Longhorns and TCU Horned Frogs online.

A pair of struggling Big 12 teams will try to get bowl-eligible when the Texas Longhorns host the TCU Horned Frogs on Friday afternoon at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium.

It’s been another tough season for Texas, as the Longhorns currently sit at 5-6. While that record overall record is somewhat understandable given a fairly young roster, last week’s 24-21 loss to woeful Kansas is a head-scratcher.

To make matters worse, the Texas administration is taking a lot of heat this week for refusing to officially fire head coach Charlie Strong even though he almost certainly will not be returning in 2017. Texas players even threatened to boycott Saturday’s game earlier in the week over rumors that Strong would be dismissed.

If the Longhorns do indeed play, look for another huge outing from running back D’Onta Foreman, who is re-writing the Texas record books this season. Foreman has 292 rushes for 1,863 yards and 15 touchdowns on the season, including 12 straight 100 yard games.

Friday’s game begins at 3:30 p.m. Eastern on Fox Sports 1, with full streaming details available below.

TCU is also finishing up a down year after being pegged as a potential Big 12 title threat prior to the season. The Horned Frogs are currently 5-5 with two games remaining, although they will be happy with a 66-22 win over archrival Baylor back on November 5.

Injuries have piled up once again for the Horned Frogs, leading to a porous defense and less explosive offense that we’ve seen in previous years. Texas A&M transfer quarterback Kenny Hill has 15 touchdowns to 12 interceptions on the season, but still remains a big play threat with receivers like Taj Williams and KaVontae Turpin to work with.
