Rivalry week potentially ended the title hopes of a handful of massive programs, but how will the Top 25 shakeup in the final week?

Championship Week has arrived in College Football, which means we’re a week away from finding out which teams have made the best case for the CFB Playoff. Michigan losing to Ohio State on Saturday was a game that essentially ended their season, although they can hold out hope that the committee will be lenient with that loss.

That same leniency son’t be extended across the board, as the likes of Louisville have officially shot them elves in the foot. Losing to Kentucky was a fatal blow to their season, one that was already hanging in the balance. Hope can be held out that Lamar Jackson’s Heisman campaign was put back on the right track, but that’s about all the school has going for it.

Here’s a look at the AP Poll for Week 14 in College Football:

Note: The AP Poll will be released at 2pm ET. Here is a projection of the poll, which will be updated as soon as it goes live.

1. Alabama (12-0)
2. Ohio State (11-1)
3. Clemson (11-1)
4. Washington (11-1)

This was to be expected, as Michigan losing in the de facto Big Ten semifinal game basically ended their season. They can kiss a Rose Bowl berth goodbye as well, even with the No. 5 ranking in the county, unless something bounces their way.

Of course, there’s a chance that things don’t remain the same in the Top-4 as they do in the CFB Playoff. Barring an SEC Championship Game meltdown, Alabama is a lock to be the No. 1 seed, while Ohio State can still fall out with a loss to Penn State. Clemson is no sure bet and lord knows Washington isn’t resting easy after their initial snub from the CFB Playoff projection this season.

5. Michigan (10-2)
6. Wisconsin (10-2)
7. Oklahoma (9-2)
8. Penn State (10-2)
9. Colorado (10-2)
10. USC (9-3)
11. Oklahoma State (9-2)
12. Florida State (9-3)
13. Western Michigan (12-0)
14. West Virginia (9-2)
15. Florida (8-3)
16. Louisville (9-3)
17. Stanford (9-3)
18. Auburn (8-4)
19. Virginia Tech (9-3)
20. Navy (9-2)
21.  LSU (7-4)
22. Iowa (8-4)
23. Nebraska (9-3)
24. South Florida (10-2)
25. Pittsburgh (8-4)
