In our Week 13 NFL quarterback rankings, we see continued greatness out of Matt Ryan while Brock Osweiler is proving to be a horrible investment.

As always, these are based off this year’s play with a dash of historic context. Here’s the link to last week’s rankings.

Blake Bortles Memorial Division

32. Blake Bortles

It’s incredible how Bortles went from future of the franchise to one of the worst quarterbacks in football. Yet, here we are.

Chuck Long Division

31. Matt Barkley

Barkley is a career backup, and he showed why on Sunday with two interceptions. He’s simply not good enough to play in this league.

30. Jared Goff

Goff threw three touchdowns against the Saints, but he still has plenty to prove. The youngster threw a bad interception and looked lost on a bevy of plays.

29. Ryan Fitzpatrick

Fitzpatrick has a league-worst 13 interceptions, tied with Brock Osweiler and Bortles. That pretty much spells out the story.

28. Brock Osweiler

At least the Jets didn’t invest $72 million in their mess of a quarterback. Osweiler is terrible, and he almost seems smug about it. Not a good look.

27. Josh McCown

McCown is very limited and playing with no help (or protection), but he fights his ass off. The Browns are just horrid, and the veteran has no shot.

26. Colin Kaepernick

Kaepernick played a decent game against the Dolphins, although his effort weren’t enough. Ultimately, a 55.3 completion rate won’t get it done.
