There are two answers to the question. All Walmart stores will be closing at 6 p.m. local time on Christmas Eve so that employees can enjoy the holidays with their families. Walmart will remain closed all day on Christmas Day and will reopen on Monday morning. The stores that are normally open 24 hours will close at 6 p.m. on December 24^th and reopen at 6 a.m. on Monday, December 26^th. The rest of the stores that aren’t open 24 hours will also open at 6 a.m. on Monday and remain open for the duration of their normal operating hours.
