When does Lucifer return?

Enjoy your winter break because before you know it, Lucifer will be back to heat up your Monday nights!

Winter has been cold as hell, and it has been pure hell since Lucifer went on winter break! But never fear, Lucifer and his friends will be back on January 16 with brand new episodes.

Last we saw Lucifer, he was getting closer to Detective Decker after finally realizing what it is that he wants Chloe in his life. What he doesn’t realize is that Chloe was placed on Earth by his father, and everything up until now may have been orchestrated somehow. It looks like Chloe and Lucifer were meant to be together, but why? How long have the wheels of fate been turning?

Amenadiel and maze aren’t entirely sure where Charlotte stands on all of this. She has been quietly pulling strings with the intent to get Lucifer to return with her to the Holy Kingdom, but what’s her motivation?

Dan has been showing some interesting muscle lately. After Charolotte used him to get inside information about Chloe and the case involving her father’s murder, Dan joins forces with Lucifer to help figure out the real culprit behind Chloe’s father’s death. He also works with Maze to ensure “justice” is served when the court case doesn’t go the way they want it to. Even Maze is impressed at how Dan steps up to get the job done.
