The NBA continues a busy week between Christmas and New Years with a ten-game Wednesday night slate featuring some of the biggest stars in DFS fantasy basketball. If you’re planning on building a team for tonight’s DraftKings competition, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the flowing slides to see who I think you should select from the 100 starters as well as a few options with upside coming off the bench on this Wednesday, December 28.

More from DraftKings

The first two games of the night will lock lineups in place at 7:00 PM ET on DraftKings which no longer supports late-swapping this season. The first four games tipping at 7:00 and 7:30 are all Eastern Conference grudge matches as as the Wizards host the Pacers, the Magic welcome in the Hornets, the Hawks host New York, and the Pistons welcome in the Bucks. At 8:00, the NBATV double-header tips off as the Pelicans take on the Clippers while at the same time the Bulls and Nets meet in the battle of the Lopez brothers in Chicago. At 8:30, the Suns are in San Antonio to take on the Spurs while in later Western Conference matchup the T-Wolves face the Nuggets and the Blazers take on the Kings. In the final game of the day, the Raptors visit the Warriors by the Bay to finish up the night and the NBATV double-header with what should be a good matchup. As you make out your roster, make sure to remember that the Hornets, Suns, and Raptors have games on the schedule for tomorrow, but in good news, none of tonight’s teams are playing for the second night in a row.

With ten games and 100 NBA starters tonight, there are a lot of different options to consider as you assemble your DFS fantasy basketball roster. To see who I think are the top options based on form and matchup, scroll through my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides. My goal each day is to give you the information you need to build your own customized lineup to get you a win however you participate in DFS contests. In order to help you find what you need, I’ve separated my picks by position and price. You’ll find two slides per position–the first slide will feature the best high-salary options followed by some high-value options which cost less but still offer solid returns. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.

I rank my picks for each contest using stars after each explanation to show the relative strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my personal lineup for today’s competition. This post isn’t a place to just get a copy-and-paste lineup since there are plenty of places that will sell you that. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players that you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineup and use it as a place to get started.

Just one more quick reminder that each day in my DraftKings daily picks, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to DraftKings pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for FanDuel, you can always find the latest on the fantasy basketball hub.
