Western Michigan wide receiver Corey Davis snagged an incredible touchdown in the corner of the end zone on fourth down in the Cotton Bowl.

Corey Davis and the Western Michigan Broncos had the biggest test of their season against the Wisconsin Badgers in the Cotton Bowl on Monday. After the Badgers jumped out to an early 14-0 lead, it looked like the Broncos would be outmatched by the much larger opponents.

However, they refused to quit and Davis helped make it a game late in the fourth quarter. As the Broncos drove the field trying to pull within a touchdown, they stalled out on third down and were forced to go with it on fourth down.

As Zach Terrell was forced to go for the end zone, he threw up a prayer to one of the best receivers in college football. In true Davis fashion, he made the remarkable snag in the corner of the end zone.

While the touchdown wasn’t enough to help them complete the comeback, it just goes to show the heart and the ability to not quit that the team had. Davis has made a name for himself with the Broncos and helped establish himself as a player that’s going to be a high pick in the NFL Draft.

It’s not an easy task to try and gain separation from a defensive back with a limited amount of space, but he put his technique on display here with both his hands and feet. It was an incredible performance by the best player on the Broncos.
