This week on The Bachelor it’s Nick with the big secret, and some Olympians drop by. Here’s how to watch Season 21, Week 3 live, on TV and online.

The hits just keep on coming in Season 21 of ABC‘s The Bachelor. If you thought Week 2 was crazy with its wedding photoshoot in the same episode as staged breakups, well, things are about to get even more out of control.

In Week 3, following Liz’s major revelation Nick makes a drastic decision and has to confess his choice to the remaining contestants. Some of the ladies aren’t happy about it but one of them is determined to use the situation to her advantage, because obviously. Want to bet that it’s newly anointed Bachelor villain Corrine?

Meanwhile, have a few more celebrity cameos! Olympic athletes Carl Lewis, Allyson Felix and Michelle Carter train a handful of bachelorettes for something called the “Nickathalon” (which sounds like it belongs on Nickelodeon) while the Backstreet Boys swing by because nothing says romance like the boy band that gave us some of the most saccharine pop songs of the last 20 years.

Here’s how ABC officially describes the episode:

"After Nick drops a bomb, sending Liz home, and comes clean to the rest of the women about his romantic tryst with her, he is anxious that some of them will decide to leave.
